Thandai kulfi is prepared using thandai powder during Holi festival. Nuts and spices in the thandai powder makes this kulfi really delicious and flavourful. It is a summer cooler which no one can say no to!

Add milk and fresh cream to a heavy bottom pan and start heating it. When it starts boiling, lower the flame and cook it until it reduces to half. Keep on stirring frequently otherwise it will stick to the bottom. Keep on scraping the sides of the pan.

Now add sugar and thandai powder to it and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes. Let it cool down completely.

Add it to kulfi molud and freeze it for 8 to 10 hours or until set.

Garnish thandai kulfi with pistachio slivers and dry or fresh rose petals and serve.
