Ingredients

1hr 30min
4 to 6 servings
  • 1x whole chicken or cut portions
  • 2x onions, diced
  • 2x teaspoons butter
  • 4x tomatoes, skinned and diced or canned
  • 1x teaspoon paprika
  • 3x cups of chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

1hr 30min
  1. 1

    Cut up chicken and rub with salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Fry and brown chicken in butter

  3. 3

    Remove chicken, fry onions in butter till soft

  4. 4

    Add stock, tomatoes and paprika then bring to boil

  5. 5

    Add chicken and simmer for 30minutes
