Ingredients

1hr 30min
4 to 6 servings
  1. 1x whole chicken or cut portions
  2. 2x onions, diced
  3. 2x teaspoons butter
  4. 4x tomatoes, skinned and diced or canned
  5. 1x teaspoon paprika
  6. 3x cups of chicken stock
  7. Salt and pepper

Steps

1hr 30min
  1. 1

    Cut up chicken and rub with salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Fry and brown chicken in butter

  3. 3

    Remove chicken, fry onions in butter till soft

  4. 4

    Add stock, tomatoes and paprika then bring to boil

  5. 5

    Add chicken and simmer for 30minutes
