Assemble all ingredients

Take a mixer grinder, add half cup curd + banana slices + salt + sugar + cardamom powder and blend well. Bananas should turn to be a smooth paste.

Now add remaining curd + milk and give a nice mix.

Thick Banana Smoothie is ready. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve chilled.
