Potato peas stuffed Patties

In a bowl sieve refined flour and semolina add salt and oil for moyan mix well with help of palm add lukewarm water and make dough. Cover it with a cotton cloth and rest for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime prepare the stuffing. In a voke take 2 tbsp oil when properly hot add chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste. saute 5 min until soft add peas

Now add all spices mentioned. Add boiled mashed potatoes cooked 2 mins and rest for cool completely.

Now remove stuffing on a plate and add fresh coriander chopped.

Take dough make a small ball size portion and roll it. cut into a square shape. remove an extra portion of corners. Place 1 spoonful of stuffing and apply water for corners to stick. cover with another square and stick from corners to avoid leaking of stuffing into the oil. Seal corners with a fork.

In a voke add oil for frying when properly hot fry patties into batches till golden brown from both sides. Remove on a kitchen towel or tissue paper.

Serve hot with ketchup, Yummy tasty peas patties ready for Serve🥰
