Saco with Corn and Coconut Milk

Put the sago in a colander. Rinse the sago under running water. Set aside to drain.

Bring the coconut milk to a boil over low heat. Add a pinch of salt when the salt dissolves, lift it up.

Put water in the pot bring to boil, add the sago until the sago is cooked. Add sugar and sweet corn, stir to combine. Scoop sago into a dessert serving bowl, topped with coconut milk.
