Mix well flour,oil, salt & sugar. Then add water & knead it well. Make soft dough. Then divide 3 portion from it. Then roll it.

Heat non-stick frying pan & fry both side of each paratha. Keep aside.

Beat 1 egg with salt & keep aside. Heat oil in frying pan & pour the beaten egg on it. After a while put one paratha on it. Fry it in low flame. Then another side, add 1 tsp. Oil & fry it well.Fry 3 parathas one by one with egg.

Then stuff veggies, salt, black pepper & tomato sauce in paratha. Roll it & serve it hot with Tea or Coffee.
