Ingredients

5-6servings
  • 300 gmboneless chicken
  • 1medium size onion diced
  • 10-12garlic
  • 1 inchginger
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • As Per Taste Salt
  • 4green chillies
  • 1fist chopped coriander
  • 1fist chopped pudina(optional)
  • 1small size lemon juice
  • 2bread slices
  • 4eggs
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • as requiredBread crumbs
  • as required Refined oil

    In a blender take chicken, onion, ginger, garlic,lemon juice,salt, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, pudina leaves, 1egg, bread slices & green chillies & blend without water.

    Take out in a plate. Add 2tbsp of oil& make a dough. Add bread crumbs as required.

  3. 3

    Grease your palm with little oil. Divide the dough into equal size chicken balls. Flatten each ball & give it your desired shape & size.

  4. 4

    Now take a plate full of bread crumbs & in a separate bowl whisk 3eggs with little salt & 1/2tsp black pepper powder. Now coat each cutlet first in breadcrumbs then dip in egg again coat in breadcrumbs. Repeat the same once again.

  5. 5

    Prepare all the cutlets following the same process. When done put the cutlets into normal freezer for 30mins. Take out 10 mins before frying. Deep fry. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
