Ginger Garlic Paste 🧄 (Make and Store)

To make your Ramadan cooking easy, you can make and store so many things which can be so time saving and handy. Like every year, I also try my best to prepare for Ramadan cooking ahead. This really saves time and energy during fasting and we get more time for extra prayers in this Holy month.
Also note that you can make different size cubes, as sometimes we need to cook in different quantities. So it will be helpful at that time.

Ginger Garlic Paste 🧄 (Make and Store)

Peel the ginger and garlic and chop the ginger in small pieces to easily chop.

In a chopper add ginger garlic in batches along with little oil and make fine smooth paste.

Line a small tray with plastic sheet and spread all the paste on it. Smoothen it and cover with another sheet. Freeze till it’s set.

Now cut into desired size cubes. And allow it to set in freezer for overnight.

When the paste is frozen properly, just put them in a zip lock bag and freeze. Use in your cooking with no hassle.
