Steps

Pluck the mint leaves from stems.

Wash them well to get rid of impurities and dirt.

Put them in a strainer to completely drain the water.

Spread them on a kitchen towel for few days to dry.do not keep them in sunlight.

When dries,store in an air tight container.use when needed.
