Tight curd in cloth so that extra water should go and hung will be ready.

Add sugar powder, Elaichi powder, and nutmeg powder to hung curd with a hand whisker.

Elaichi flavour shrikhand is ready, divide shrikhand into 3 parts, one part Elaichi flavour shrikhand is ready, add soaked saffron in one part Keshar shrikhand will be ready, add 7-8 threads of keshar and chopped dry fruits, Rajbhog shrikhand will be ready.

While serving fills a small glass with different flavours of shrikhand and keep one puri on it, inside the plate put shrikhand on puri.
