Crispy, tasty and lovely tea time snacking……. Urad Dal fritters.
Cooking Instructions

Soak Urad Dal for 6-7 hours, grind into smooth paste by adding green chillies and slight water into it. Add oil + onion seeds + salt and give a nice mix.

Whisk for 5-6 minutes and batter is ready.
- 3
Drop small small portions of batter into oil and deep fry.
- 4
Deep fry under medium flame till golden brown.
- 5
FULURI / Fritters are ready.
- 6
Serve with fried chilli and enjoy with tea.
