1/2 cupwater
as per taste Sugar
1Ginger small pieces finely crushed
1Elaichi
as per requiredKesar few strands
1 tbspTea leaves

Take a tea pan add water and boil.

Add tea leaves ginger Elaichi and let it cook in slow flame for 1 min

Add milk and let it cook in slow flame for 5 min

Add sugar and Kesar strands and cook again for few seconds

Close the flame

Sieve the tea

Kesaria tea is ready to sip

Enjoy with snacks chips pakora.
