Hara Masala Shami Kabab

Take mutton mince in a pressure cooker,add washed and soaked(2hrs) chana dal along with cinnamon stick,bay leaves and 1 tsp salt.

Add 1 cup water and pressure cook on med heat for 10 minutes.Release pressure and dry water if any.

Let it cool.Grind smooth in a grinder.Add all spices and salt except hara masala.

Mix all the ingredients of hara masala.Keep aside.

Pinch out a ball sized mince,give a disc like shape.Stuff 1 tbsp hara masala,seal the kabab.Make all like this.

Heat oil in a pan,fry kebab on mefium heat till golden.Take out and serve.

Serve with chutney/sauces.
