For cold days, these beans are all you need—after a bowl, maybe just a salad. A great, quick, delicious, and simple meal.

Rinse the beans thoroughly and place them in a pressure cooker, covered with water. Cook for about 30 minutes after sealing.

In another pot, cook the chopped chorizo, pork chops, and hot dogs until browned. Once they start to brown, add the onion.

When you can open the pressure cooker, add the beans with their broth, crumbled chipotle peppers, and salt to the pot. Simmer until the meat is tender.

Serve topped with chopped onion, cilantro, and pork cracklings.
