1/2carrot
1/2 onion
1/2 tomato
1/2 lemon
1/2 snake cucumber
1/2 Capsicum (optional)
1 pinch black salt
to tasteSalt
1tsp roasted cumin powder
as requiredhandfull of chopped fresh coriander and mint

Chopped all ingredients very fine
add all dry ingredients and mix well.
cut cucumber horizontally, scoop from in side and and fill all finely chopped ingredients. squeeze lemon.
garnishing with fresh lea
