Steps

Soak moong dal for 1 hour. Grate carrot & keep in a mixing bowl.

Take carrot, moong dal, peanut powder, onion, lemon juice, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix properly

Make tempering. In a small pan add oil. When oil gets heated, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chili, and curry leaves.

Pour into a mixing bowl. Mix all. Garnish with coriander. You may relish as a side dish in your meal.
