Easy chilli chicken

Heat oil in kadai & fry chopped garlic in it. Then fry well Chicken, onions, green chillies & Capsicum all together.

Then add ginger paste & fry it for 1 minutes. Then add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt, sugar & vinegar. Cook it for 3 minutes. Then add cornflour with it. When gravy turns thick, it's done. Easy Chilli Chicken is ready to be serve with Fried Rice.
