It is a popular snack all over India in every bakery variety of filling from veg , egg , chicken , mutton or beef is filled inside puff pastry and baked until golden brown. Today I have made mutton puff with store bought puff pastry sheet and filling mutton kheema .

Mutton kheema recipe here I have shred detail before recipe.How to make filling:
Heat oil in a pan and saute onion until golden brown and add ginger, garlic paste and green chillies. Add the keema and mix well then add all spices and fry well until all water is evaporated.
Cover and cook for 5 mins on a very low flame. Turn the stove off and keep the keema aside until cooled completely. - 2

Place the pastry one by one on a dry worktop and thaw well room temperature for about 2hours.Then take your puff pastry sheets spoon in filling. Fold as shown.use a fork to seal the edges well.

Arrange it in a baking tray. Brush beaten egg yolk on top for the shiny finish.

Bake in the preheated oven at200• c for about 30 mins until they rise and brown slightly.Then finally serve it.
