Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Pepper
  3. Onions
  4. Egg
  5. Spices
  6. Oil for deep frying
  7. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and boil the yam with salt
    Note: don't over cook the yam

    I used mortar and pistol to pound the yam...it shouldn't be too smooth like pounded yam

    After pounding the yams
    In a bowl put in the yams,add in onions and spices of your choice (I used maggi,salt,garlic powder)

  4. 4

    Crack the eggs and add in spices of your choice (I used maggi,salt,pepper and garlic powder)

  5. 5

    Wash your hands, dry them as start making your yam into balls

  6. 6

    Your oil should be hot on medium heat...pick the yam ball, put it into the eggs, coat it well them fry until golden brown.... continue until you exhaust everything
