Yam balls

Cooking Instructions

Peel and boil the yam with salt
Note: don't over cook the yam - 2
I used mortar and pistol to pound the yam...it shouldn't be too smooth like pounded yam

After pounding the yams
In a bowl put in the yams,add in onions and spices of your choice (I used maggi,salt,garlic powder) - 4
Crack the eggs and add in spices of your choice (I used maggi,salt,pepper and garlic powder)

Wash your hands, dry them as start making your yam into balls

Your oil should be hot on medium heat...pick the yam ball, put it into the eggs, coat it well them fry until golden brown.... continue until you exhaust everything
