Yuzu Pepper-Flavored Turnip & Chicken Light Soup Spaghetti Yuzu Pepper-Flavored Turnip & Chicken Light Soup Spaghetti
I thought of this as a delicious way to bring out the gentle flavor of turnips.Be sure to boil the spaghetti al dente. Please adjust the amount of yuzu pepper as you like. I feel that using dashi stock and consomme makes for a soft flavor, so I use these two together to make the soup. It's also delicious if you substitute pork for chicken. Stuffed Pepper Soup Stuffed Pepper Soup
I love stuffed peppers, my kids not so much lol. One day I was in a cafe where they serve a stuffed pepper soup it was amazing so I thought why can't I make this at home. I decided to take all of the components of my stuff peppers and turn it into a soup. This was so tasty and delicious my kids absolutely love it and they won't eat stuffed peppers by themselves but they will eat all of the soup. I don't have to season it too much because sweet Italian sausage has so much flavor but in a nutshell however you make your stuffed peppers season it the same way in the soup.stacy

Sweet stuffed pepper soup Sweet stuffed pepper soup
This can be made in an crockpot, instant pot, or stove top. I made this in a pressure cooker, so easy and oh so good. I seen so many different recipe for stuffed pepper soup this is my take on it.This really hit the spot on a snowy and raining cold day. ( so much easier than making stuffed peppers what I don’t think my kids would even eat, but they sure did eat this and liked it, iam surprise I had none left.) 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -
