Mixed Seasoning Aloo Bhajiye

These are the famous Aloo Bhajiye but with a slight twist by me. I have added mixed seasoning to it for a lovely change.
And not only did they turn out yummy, everyone at the Iftaar table loved them. They looked every bit gorgeous and delightful. Even the taste was lip-smacking. They turned out perfectly well.
There was no big change in the ingredients used nor in it's msking process except for the addition of mixed seasonings and herbs. That's it. Nothing much complicated at all.
These aromatic Seasonings and Herbs not only add a little zing to these lovely looking Bhajiye but also tastes yummy.
It's absolutely perfect for Iftaar and will be done in lesser time as well. They get done very quickly too. And the best part is that they these look pretty as well. And they can be had on their own without any Condiment or accompaniment because it already has different Herbs and Seasonings. That's it. Relish them at Iftaar or on normal days at Tea-time with a hot cup of Chai alongside. You will just love the combination.

Steps
- 1
Make a smooth semi-thick yet fluffy and a smooth batter with all the ingredients mentioned. Mix well and keep aside for a good 20 to 30 minutes or so. This is a must. I didn't use Baking soda here. The standing time given is enough for fluffy and soft Bhajiye. You can very well use it. It's optional.
- 2
Deep fry in hot oil on medium-high heat dipping each slice in the batter. See to it that they are coated well with the batter. Cook until golden brown and done. Serve them piping hot with any Chutney of your choice. I have served them with Mint Yogurt Chutney. Yum!

Enjoy these lip-smacking Aloo Bhajiye at Iftaar meals. They taste great. No Iftaar is complete without them. And this time it's a perfect treat with a new twist. So what better than this? Simply superb!
