A USA inspired South Korean Dish . Noodles and little Rice Cakes are used in the Stew instead of the usual Potatoes in a Stew . South Koreans have One Gas Hob that comes out of One table in Cafe's , the customer is encouraged too stir and evaporate the Stock too their liking - food does not go cold and the waiter can suddenly pour boiling water from the Kettle over their Stew

Make a homemade Vegetable Stock (could use a homemade Chicken Stock), can come from a tea made from the water extracted from just Carrots and Potatoes

Fry roughly chopped onions in some Vegetable Oil etc on a low hob simmer for 10 minutes and then add the tiny chopped Vegetables, maybe add tomatoes or tomato puree - add Stock and seasonings or Soy Sauce instead of Salt and Pepper. Bring too the boil and then simmer with the Lid on the Wok for about 20 minutes so tiny chunks of carrot etc can be nicely cooked and soft

The Rice Cake bits might be possible too buy in a bag within a dry form. Too make homemade dense cooked Rice Dumplings is something you need too make the previous day - add Rice Cake bits if you are using

Add the Dried Packet of Noodles too the Stock within the Wok and then cook through until the Stock has evaporated enough

Add the Spam and Hotdogs - chop into small pieces of course - cook through a little and then it is ready to serve
