Mix all the ingredients into the yogurt and then add the lamb chops to the marinade

Leave overnight or approx 6 hours

Add little oil to pot/pan. Add lamb chops and cook on high heat 10 minutes

Add boiling water till all the chops are covered and cook on a low/medium heat
- 5
Once lamb chops are almost of the bone ensure all the water has evaporated. You may wish to add red onions (medium size pieces) for flavour and decor.

Add coriander and switch off after 1 minute
