Steps

Take a bowl, add maida and sugar powder, and mix well. Now add a pinch of salt, vanilla essence, eno soda, and again mix all dry ingredients.

Now add oil and curd, mix well, and make a soft dough. If required add more curd or water to make a soft dough.

Cover with a cloth or lid, and keep aside for at least 1 hour.

Take a pan, pour oil, and turn on a slow flame of gas.
Take the dough, apply little oil, and make a big ball, roll it in a thick round shape, cut with a doughnut cutter or with any cutter or lid, and in the middle, very small lid of the bottle to make a hole, to give the shape of a doughnut. - 5
Fry all doughnuts in the oil, on a very small flame to fry evenly out and in.
Keep aside to cool completely. - 6
Now melt dark chocolate in the microwave or by double boiler method.
Coat all doughnuts in melted chocolate and sprinkle multi colour sprinkles or sugar powder. - 7
Keep in fridge to set properly.
Ready to enjoy Chocolate Doughnuts.
