Its fusion recipe combining our own Indian Shikanji and famous Blue Lagoon drink. Its a treat to enjoy during scorching heat.

Its fusion recipe combining our own Indian Shikanji and famous Blue Lagoon drink. Its a treat to enjoy during scorching heat.

Take lemons, cut into pieces add mint leaves, black salt, sugar and crush it in a mortar. Add little water and stir until sugar dissolves. Sieve it.

Add salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder and blue Curacao syrup.

If want to use fruit, place few fresh fruits, mint leaves, lemon wedges in a popsicle mould and pour the drink. Freeze them.

Once frozen its ready to serve.
