Ingredients

10 minutes +2 hours freezing
8 Popsicles
  • 2-3Lemons,
  • as required handful of Mint Leaves,
  • 1/2 tea spoon Black salt,
  • 2 tea spoon 2 tea spoon rock sugar,
  • 1/4 tea spoon black pepper powder,
  • a pinch salt,
  • a pinch roasted cumin powder,
  • 1/4 tea spoonBlue Curacao syrup
  • 200 mlwater,
  • as required fresh seasonal fruits(optional),
  • as required popsicle mould/kulfi mould

Steps

10 minutes +2 hours freezing
  1. 1

    Take lemons, cut into pieces add mint leaves, black salt, sugar and crush it in a mortar. Add little water and stir until sugar dissolves. Sieve it.

  2. 2

    Add salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder and blue Curacao syrup.

  3. 3

    If want to use fruit, place few fresh fruits, mint leaves, lemon wedges in a popsicle mould and pour the drink. Freeze them.

  4. 4

    Once frozen its ready to serve.
