Steps

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Butter your baking pan.

In a medium sized bowl, whisk together then sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, lemon zest and juice, vanilla extract, salt, oil and milk.

Whisk the flour mixture into the eggs mixture. If it is too thick add more milk. If it is too watery add more flour.

Pour the batter into your prepared pan. After 30 - 40 mins dip a toothpick into the cake to check if it is ready. Enjoy !😋
