Ingredients

  1. Fish fillets
  2. 2 table spoonsshan fish masala
  3. 1/4 cupcorn starch
  4. salt to taste
  5. 1lemon squeezed
  6. 1 teaspoongarlic paste
  7. 1egg beaten
  8. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Now marinate the fish in all the ingredients.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Heat up 2 tablespoons oil in a pan n fry it until golden brown and crispy on high heat. Ready to serve.
