Samosa
A tea time snack...
Steps

Take a pan and heat oil. Now add finely chopped Garlic, ginger and chopped green chillies.

Now add potatoes in it and salt to taste and cover the pan.

Now open a pan and add red chilli powder and mango powder and cook it well. In last put coriander leaves.

Take a bowl and put refined flour in it. Now add salt and oil and make a tight dough with it.

Now make small balls from dough and make a medium size of chapati from it and cut them from middle part

Now put cooked potatoes in it and shape it like a samosa.

Deep fry the raw samosa and when they turn red by frying carry to the plate.

Serve it hot with coriander chutney.
