Firstly, cut bread slices diagonally into halves.

In a bowl add milk and soak saffron strands and keep aside.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan for deep fry bread slices. And deep fry the bread on medium-low flame till it's golden from both sides.

Boil milk in a heavy vessel. Once the milk comes to a boil lower the flame and add cardamom powder, sugar, milk powder and saffron strands.

Cook the rabri for some time till the mixture becomes creamy. Keep stirring occasionally.

Dip each bread slice in rabri and place it on a serving plate. Pour the remaining rabri on the bread slice.

Garnish it with dry fruits and tutti-fruity. Serve it hot or cold as you desire.
