200 grpaneer
3 tbtikka massala paste sharwoods
1 can (400 gr)bio tomatoes
50 mllow fat coco creme
2 tbmustard seeds
1 tbsugar
1 tbgarlic paste
2 tboil or ghee

Dice the paneer.
Bake in oil together with mustard seeds

Cover with rest of ingredients.
Cook for at least 20 min
