  • 3 tbtikka massala paste sharwoods
  • 1 can (400 gr)bio tomatoes
  • 50 mllow fat coco creme
  • 2 tbmustard seeds
  • 1 tbsugar
  • 1 tbgarlic paste
  • 2 tboil or ghee

    Dice the paneer.
    Bake in oil together with mustard seeds
