Not-so-Secret Marinated Pork Kabobs w/Pineapple and Peppers

Soy, sugar, garlic and onion Powder, wine, lemon juice all together in pan and bring to boil til thickens

Slice pork, set aside. Slice peppers, set aside

After sauce has cooled, pour into dish and add pork pieces, being sure to fold in and cover all meat with sauce. Cover dish and place into refrigerator at least 2 hours or until ready to cook.

After meat has marinated, string skewers with meat, pineapple chunks, peppers. May optionally add tomatoes and onions to skewer. Cook skewers on preheated grill til desired doneness. May optionally brush with Shelli's Special Sauce. Enjoy
