Rinse and completely dry bhindi with paper towel. Discard the top and bottom and slits all.

Heat 1/2 of oil in nonstick pan once hot add bhindi saute for 8-10 min. Don't cook completely when it's slightly crunch switch off flame remove on plate.

In same pan add remaining oil once hot add cumin seeds when they crackers add chopped onions saute cook for 5 min. add grated ginger add chopped tomatoes add turmeric powder red chilli powder green chilli

Garam masala powder cook for 2 min. tometoes should be soft then add bhindi cook for 5 min. Stir well cook till desire countisency.

Your tasty masala bhindi ready to serve.
Serve with chapati pulav daal rice.
