Lemon-Garlic Pepper Indoor Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  1. For Chicken:
  2. 1whole chicken cut in several pieces (size of chicken is entirely up to you)
  3. 1 1/2All Purpose Flour
  4. 1 tbsp.cornstarch
  5. 3eggs
  6. 1 tbsp.your favorite hot sauce
  7. 1 cupavocado oil
  8. 4 tsp.garlic salt
  9. 1/2 tsp.garlic pepper
  10. 1/4 tsp.cayenne pepper
  11. 2 tsp.lemon pepper
  12. 1/2 tsp.garlic powder
  13. 1 tbsp.onion powder
  14. 1/2 tsp.paprika
  15. For Glaze:
  16. 1 tbsp.lemon pepper
  17. 3/4 tsp.garlic pepper
  18. 1/4 tsp.unsalted butter
  19. 4 tbsp.honey
  20. 2 tsp.lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, add cornstarch, garlic pepper, garlic salt, cayenne, lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, flour, and paprika. Mix it properly.

    In another bowl whisk olive oil, eggs and hot sauce.

    Take one chicken at a time, coat it in the egg mixture and dredge in the flour mixture.

  4. 4

    Repeat it with all the chicken pieces.

    Place the chicken in a dish and leave them for 20 minutes.

  6. 6

    Preheat indoor grill for medium heat.

  7. 7

    Place the chicken on the grill over indirect heat and cover. Grill for 10 minutes. Turn over then cover and continue to grill until no longer pink in the centers and juices run clear, about 10 minutes more.

    For the Glaze, In a bowl, whisk lemon juice, butter, garlic pepper, lemon pepper, and honey until smooth. Dip the chicken pieces into the glaze. Then, serve.
