Place London broil at the bottom of your crockpot ……

In a bowl combine your condensed cream of mushroom soups, water, black pepper, oregano and minced garlic, stir well …….

Pour cream of mushroom mixture all over your London broil …….

Top with your sliced onions and baby Bella mushrooms…….

Cover crockpot and cook on low heat for 8 hours, stirring lightly during cooking …….Halfway through cooking I left the lid to my crockpot slightly opened so the gravy gets thicker ……. 😁
