Ingredients

30 minutes
4-6 servings
  • 1/2 kgpotatoes boiled
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tspsalt / as per taste
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 tspcoriander roasted and crushed
  • 1 tspcumin roasted and crushed
  • 1 tspginger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1/4 tspcarom seeds
  • 4-5green chillies crushed/chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspwhole spice powder
  • 2-3 tbscoriander chopped
  • 3-4 tbsmint leaves chopped
  • 1 cupbread crumbs
  • 3-4 tbsrice flour
  • Oil for frying

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the potatoes first add spices

    Add mint coriander and bread crumbs

    Add rice flour mix well.

    Take out some mixture and make round tikki.

    Heat oil in frying pan and shallow fry from both sides until golden crispy.
