In the saucepan boil the peeled shrimps, add smashed ginger and garlic, white pepper, lime juice, and salt. Boil it till the shrimps is cook.
Rebus udang kupas dalam panci, tambahkan jahe dan bawang putih yang dihancurkan, lada putih, air jeruk nipis, dan garam. Rebus hingga udang matang.

While waiting for the shrimps to cook, clean and slice the paprika, cucumbers, avocado, and lettuce.
Sambil menunggu udang matang, bersihkan dan iris paprika, mentimun, alpukat, dan selada.

Wet or dip the roll wrappers in the water, and open it on the cutting board. Arrange the sliced vegetable and shrimp, and roll it.
Basahi atau celupkan kulit loenpia ke dalam air, dan buka di atas talenan. Susun irisan sayuran dan udang, lalu gulung.

Vietnamese spring rolls is ready to serve with peanut sauce, lime white pepper sauce, ready spicy sweet sauce or sriracha.
Lumpia Vietnam siap disajikan dengan saus kacang, saus lada putih jeruk nipis, saus manis pedas atau sriracha.

Note: You can change the filling using chicken or beef. The same way just boil the chicken or beef with the ingredients for boiling. Then once the meat or chicken is cook then shred it.
Catatan: Anda bisa mengganti isian menggunakan daging ayam atau sapi. Caranya sama saja, rebus ayam atau sapi dengan bahan-bahan untuk merebusnya. Kemudian setelah daging atau ayamnya matang tinggal suwir-suwir saja.
