Beef roast with mashed potatoes and beef gravy

Place roast in crock pot. Season beef and add the au jus sauce. Cook for 6 hrs on high.

Check every 1/2 hr and stir after it starts to break apart.

After 6 hrs remove meat and add gravy packets.

Serve with mashed potatoes and any other sides.
