Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 cup Fresh, cucumber:(peeled and chopped fine,)
    Cucumber Thalipeeth (Kakdiche Thalipeeth)
  • 1Onion large (peeled and chopped fine)
  • 2 cupsFresh thick yoghurt
    Bhalla Papdi Chaat
  • 2Chopped green chillies
  • 2 tablespoonChopped green coriander leaves
  • as required Spices: chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, sugar(add spices as per taste)
  • 2 tablespoonsMilk
  • as per tasteSalt add at the time of serving

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First, mix all the vegetables in a bowl. Whisk the curd and milk separately in another bowl till creamy.

    Add all the spices. Mix the whipped curd. Combine well with a fork.

  3. 3

    Chill till serving. Add salt and mix just before serving to avoid a watery raita.

    Enjoy with biryani, rice, pulao, chapati etc.
