Dahi Kabab will be made using Hung Curd. Use 500 gms fresh Yogurt to prepare Hung Curd

Place a strainer on a bowl and cover it with cotton cloth

Transfer full 500 gms Yogurt on the cloth

Water is being strained out from Yogurt. Keep the Yogurt in freeze for overnight

After overnight, water is fully strained out from Yogurt and Hung Curd is ready

Transfer Hung Curd in a mixing bowl

Add 100 gms homemade Cheese

Add 1 tablespoon dry roasted Besan (Gram Flour)

Add 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Add 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili powder

Add 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Add 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

Add 1/4th teaspoon Hing (Asafoetida)

Add 1 teaspoon grated Ginger

Add 1 teaspoon Sugar

Add 1 small Onion chopped

Add 2 teaspoon chopped Coriander leaves

Mix everything well

Add grated Cheese

Kabab mixture is ready

Take bread crumbs on a plate

Take 1 tablespoon kabab mixture and coat with bread crumbs

Keep kabab in freeze for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes, add Oil in pan as per requirement for deep fry and heat

Deep fry kabab

Dahi Kabab is fried and ready

Dahi Kabab is crispy and very soft inside
