A very filling and yummy omelet loaded with potato and tomato.
It can be a very nice side dish to EID celebration menu.

A very filling and yummy omelet loaded with potato and tomato.
It can be a very nice side dish to EID celebration menu.
Steps

Assemble ingredients, chop potato into cubes.

In moderately heated pan add butter / oil, add onion + green chilli and sauté till pinkish, then add potatoes + salt and sauté for 5- 6 minutes under medium flame.

Potato is fried well and keep aside. Discard green chilli and Break eggs.

Add milk to eggs, beat well.
Add salt + pepper powder and beat very nicely. - 5
Now add potato + chopped tomatoes and mix well. Omelet mixture is ready to go to pan.

Add butter / oil to low heated pan, butter melts, pour the omelet mixture and spread evenly. Keep flame low.

Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Flip the other side with help of a plate and transfer to pan and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Omelet is ready to serve. Cut into desired piece and serve with tomato ketchup.

Accompany with coffee and bread toast.
