Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 1/2 kgbeef mince (minced only once in machine not twice)(you can use half mutton half beef.. I have used only beef mince)
  2. 6-8small green chilli
  3. 5-6big cloves of garlic
  4. 2talhar mirchen soaked in water
  5. 2medium bread slices soaked in 2 tablespoon of milk
  6. 2 tablespoonheaped butter
  7. 1 teaspoonmixed herb or parsley
  8. 1 teaspoonheaped red chilli flakes
  9. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    🌸Chop green chilli, garlic and talhar mirch(without water) in a chopper. Do not make a paste.

    🌸Mix all the ingredients in the mince and marinate it for at least 2,3 hours.make kababs

  3. 3

    🌸Now grill it in a pan using a little oil. Give coal smoke.

    🌸 Serve it with chapati or tortillas with some grilled tomatoes and green chillies.
