Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMince mutton
  2. 1 cupChopped onion
  3. 12 cupDeseesed chopped tomatoes
  4. 1 pieceGinger
  5. 4 clovesGarlic
  6. 5Green chillies
  7. 1/4 tablespoonAmchoor powder
  8. 1/2 tablespoonCrushed coriander seeds
  9. 1/4 tbspDry ginger powder
  10. 2 tablespoonChilli powder
  11. 1/4 tablespoonTurmeric powder
  12. 1 tablespoonPepper powder
  13. 1/2 tablespoonCumin powder
  14. 1 tablespoonGaram masala powder
  15. 1 tbspLemon juice
  16. 1Egg
  17. Salt as per taste
  18. 3 tbsprosted Besan flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all interiors to a food processor and mix well

  2. 2

    Keep this mix refrigerator for one hour

  3. 3

    After 1 hour take small balls out of it gently under the palm

  4. 4

    By adding little oil tawa fry these kebabs
