  • 1 Apple small piece
  • 1/8 teaspoonCinnamon powder
  • 1/8 teaspoonDrumstick leaf powder
  • 1/8 teaspoonJeera powder
  • 1/8 teaspoonPepper powder
  • 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  • 1 teaspoonSea salt
  • 200 mlWater

    Add salt  lemon and other powders and mix it.
    Have juice 250 ml twice a day to detoxifying and also reduce cholestrol and diabetics.
