Heat the wok with olive oil, add garlics. Stir Fry until fragrant. Add shiitake, stir fry until cooked. Add baby pak choi, seasoning with oysters sauce and soy sauce. Stir fry until cooked. Transfer to the glass chafing dish. Put egg noodles on, follow with grilled chicken. Ready to enjoy. Serve with sugar, lime and chilies powder.
