Ingredients

  • 2 bowlwatermelon pieces
  • 1 bowlCucumber pieces
  • 1 table spoonolive oil
  • 1 table spoonlemon juice
  • 1 tea spoonblack salt, pepper powder
  • 1 table spoonchooped mint leaves & watermelon seeds

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut watermelon into small pieces, keep in refrigerator for chilled. Cucumber also cut into small pieces.

    Now add roughly chopped mint. In a cup add oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Mix it proper.

    Add it on ready salad. Garnish it with seeds. Salad is ready, serve it chilled.
