Ingredients

  1. 1 CupWhite Rice (I used Jasmine)
  2. 4 CupsFiltered Water
  3. 2Cinnamon Sticks
  4. 1/2 CupSliced or Chopped Almonds
  5. 2 CupsWhole Milk or Almond Milk
  6. 14 oz.Sweetened Condensed Milk (See My Recipe)
  7. 2 TbspVanilla Extract

Cooking Instructions

    In a Large Pot or Bowl, Add Rice Cinnamon Sticks, Almonds, & Water. Cover & Place in Refrigerator Overnight.

    The Next Day, Uncover Rice & Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk, Milk, & Vanilla Extract. Stir.

    Pour Mixture into a Large Blender. Do it in Batches, if Necessary. Blend until it's as Smooth as Possible. Using a Nut Milk Bag or a Strainer lined with Cheese Cloth, strain Mixture into a Large Pitcher. Cover & Refrigerate.

    Serve In Tall Glasses, over Ice. Don't Forget a Straw. Enjoy!
