Ingredients

9 Cookies
  1. 1 cupFlour
  2. 1/3 cup(dutch) cocoa powder
  3. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  5. 1/2 teaspooncoffee
  6. 1/3 cupunsalted melted butter
  7. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  8. 1/2 cupsugar
  9. 1egg + 1egg yolk
  10. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  11. 1 cupsemi-sweet chocolate chip cookies

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Sift the flour,cocoa powder,baking powder and salt into a large bowl

  2. 2

    Add the butter and the eggs and the coffee and whisk until the color becomes lighter

  3. 3

    Mix in the dry ingredients to form a dough and then fold in the chocolate chips

  4. 4

    Scoop out the dough and place on a greased pan and place in the oven for 10 minutes
