1st we prepare curry powder ,using this powder we will prepare vegetable curry o
Steps

Dry roast the below spices one by one
1. Coriander powder – 1tbsp
2. Jeera – ¾ tbsp.
3. Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
4. Clove -8 nos
5. Cinnamon -1 inch
6. Cardamom -3 nos
7. Fennel seed -1/2 tbsp
Now dry roast all the ingredients and transfer into a bowl into the bowl add 8 ) Pepper powder1/2 tbsp
9) Turmeric powder -1 tsp
10) Salt –little
when it cools down, grind to coarse powder from a mixy jar
NOW CURRY POWDER IS READY - 2
Ingredients with Preparation for the Vegetable curry that we need
• Take a handi / Kadai, add 1 tbsp – cooking oil, when it is heated add jeera -1/2 tsp fry until aroma releases,
• Then add medium-sized onion – 2 nos finely chopped fry until it turns to a golden brown.
• now add ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp fry until raw smell goes
• now add medium-sized carrot-2 nos (medium Chopped) - 3
Then add beans 30 nos chop into medium size, then cook this 2 vegetable for 5 mints by closing the lid and also little bit water
• after 5 minutes continue adding capsicum -2 nos (medium chopped) and medium-sized tomato -2 nos (finely chopped) saute it well and continue to cook for another 5 mins
• after 5 mins add salt (a little) to cook the vegetable evenly and also enhance the taste inside vegetables. - 4
Now we will add some seasonings like red chilli powder – ½ tbsp.
• Srilankan curry powder ½ tbsp. mix it well and combine
• Now add milk -1/2 glass to get a creamy texture
• Now add coconut powder to combine vegetables, seasonings• Add salt to taste (remember you have added salt to curry powder and for vegetables)
