Spinach Hummus

First soak the dried chickpeas in hot water for 8 to 10 hours. Then boil in the cooker till 3 whistles.

Now, wash and chopped the spinach thoroughly with water and heat 1.5 glasses of water in a pan.

Now, add sugar, salt and chopped spinach in boiling water, mix and after 5 minutes immediately take it in cold water then take it out in a perforated bowl.

Now, take the boiled spinach and all the remaining ingredients in a mixer jar and make a smooth paste without adding water.

Now, take it out in a bowl, design it with a spoon and garnish it with olive oil, sesame seeds, chickpeas and beet slices.

So, Healthy, colorful and delicious Spinach Hummus is ready.
